What is the meaning of faith?  Hebrews 11:1 says, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.  Faith simply means to have confidence, to trust or just believe without proof.  Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.  Faith is the substance for the thing you are hoping or believing for and as long as you stay in faith, you will see the results or the evidence.  Faith says, I have it now!  Believing comes before receiving.  Faith is acting on God's word.  Faith is not denial, it does not deny the fact that there is a problem.  Faith is a spiritual force, based on God's word.  2Corinthians 4:13 says, we having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed and therefore have I spoken, we also believe and therefore speak.  The spirit of faith is bible faith, believing with the heart and speaking with the mouth.
Romans 12:3 God has dealt to every man the measure of faith.  We have been given a measure but as long as we continue reading and hearing God's word, our faith will grow and get stronger.
Romans 10:17 Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.  We have to read God's word daily and meditate on it.  1John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world; and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.  Jesus said that satan is the prince of this world.  If faith overcomes the world then it must overcome the prince of this world.
Faith has a voice, God wants to hear your faith.  He wants your faith to be active.
James 2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead , so faith without works is dead also.
2Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith not by sight.
God is faithful, he said he would never leave us nor forsake us.  He hears us when we pray, he knows all things and sees all things.
1John 5:14,15 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask any thing according to his will, he hears us.  And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.  His word is his will! 
Numbers 23:19 God is not a man that he should lie, neither the son of man, that he should repent, hath he said and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken and shall he not make it good?
God's word is truth!  There are three things that God cannot do; he cannot lie, fail or deny himself.
Speak life, speak positive, not negative, speak faith, confess God's word over every area in your life and watch your life begin to change for the better.
